Browns Boutique Hotel Lisbon

Located in the heart of the city and close to a big shopping center, this hotel is easily accessible by metro from the airport. The room was modern and clean, equipped with a coffee machine and a combination washer/dryer. The breakfast buffet was delicious and served in a comfortable dining area.

For our leisure trip exploring Lisbon, we chose this hotel due to its central location, allowing us to easily stroll to popular attractions and cozy cafes. The cozy lounge area was our favorite spot to unwind each evening with a glass of wine. The warm and accommodating staff, especially Suzanne the barman, made our stay memorable with their excellent service, adding a personal touch to our experience. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was meticulously clean, and the daily housekeeping was a nice touch. We appreciated the original decor of the hotel, setting it apart from typical accommodations. We are looking forward to recommending this charming hotel to our friends and returning for another visit.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the city center. The value for money is unbeatable, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is remarkable, from the basic amenities to the rooms with stunning views of the castle. The communal spaces are fantastic, providing excellent facilities including a washing machine. And the breakfast, oh the breakfast! It offers a variety of options to cater to all tastes, and the "real" coffee is a delightful touch.

Great location across from Baixa-Chiado metro station, with easy access to major points of interest. Spacious and comfortable rooms with modern chic decor. Fast and stable Wifi, easy to connect to. Helpful and friendly staff who speak fluent English.

I stayed at a great hotel right in the center of Lisboa. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from Plaza Comercio and Plaza Figueria. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ricardo who went above and beyond to assist me. The room was nicely decorated and the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the view of the castle from my balcony. it was a pleasant stay in a nice establishment.

The bathroom door didn't have a latch and didn't stay closed, which was a bit inconvenient.

I stayed at Browns Boutique for a few nights and it was absolutely amazing! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of downtown, yet surprisingly quiet. The bar and the entire hotel had a fantastic 1930s atmosphere with black and white pictures throughout. I loved the little balcony in my room and the welcome drink was a lovely touch. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a nice speaker system. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my closest friends.

The bed was comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after exploring the city. The shower was also great, with good water pressure and temperature control. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk from major attractions and public transportation. having tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch.

The noise from outside was quite bothersome when we tried to open the windows for fresh air. It would have been great to have a peaceful night's sleep without having to close the windows due to the noise.
